Processing
Wels from indoor fish farms is characterised by a fresh taste compared with pond-raised wels. Since the animals are processed and packed immediately after slaughter, they remain fresh for a long time. Small containers of 3 kg can be provided on request.
The animals go through four stages in the company’s own abattoir:
1 Slaughter
2 Fileting
3 Trimming of the filets
4 Packaging
