History
In 1990 nobody knew exactly what sort of fish would swim in the tanks on the Artländ Farm in Osnabrücker Land. One thing was clear: it should be of the highest quality and taste delicious. Today, Ahrenhorster Edelfisch produces 120 tonnes of European wels each year. The team around the founder Hermann Otto-Lübker see to it every day that the fish are cared for over their entire life-span. That brings rewards: the company leads in the indoor production of wels.
